Bought my Versa 4 Sept 2022. Has been replaced 2-3 times. Latest replacement hasn't worked since Feb 7th 2023. Went through all the trouble shooting. Just vibrates when you push the side button. In my opinion, it was a waste of money that sits on my desk.

Hi @DMacAttack - did you restart it by holding the button for 10 seconds? did you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support?

To better assist you, can you please share with us more details about the issue with your Versa 4? I understand that it just vibrates when pushing the button, but is the screen blank? Isn't it syncing?
In the meantime, as @Guy_ has suggested, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
