Wi-Fi Firmware failure

Hi, can someone assist...was waiting for the deliver of my versa but after receiving it today I cannot finish the download as it keeps failing and won’t connect to either of my WiFi networks. This is really really frustrating as I wanted to use this straight away. Can anyone assist?!

Girl, I have tried everything possible it’s been 4 days and I still can’t update my Versa. The crappy part of it all is that I bought the scale for the Fitbit and can’t seem to sync it to my fibit. Guess I’ll be returning the scale and getting my money back. If you figure it out let me know.

@Amy2019 I'm sorry for the late response! However, I'd like to know if you get any error while trying to update your Versa. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner in his post above.
