Increased 503 errors today

Hi,

 

We've noticed that we're getting a high rate of 503 errors when users are refreshing their access_token.

 

We also see intermittent issues when connecting the the APIs.

 

The status pages say everything is fine, is there some localised outage?

Hi John, We are still getting 503 error very frequently while fetching user step data for a day 

Is there any resolution to the problem?

Can you submit a case in our support form? We're seeing similar reports and it's easier to track the reports this way.
