I am pulling back all of my activities-heart time series data for the past 100 (2015-10-28 to 2015-02-06) days and 2 (2015-12-31 and 2016-02-03) out of the 100 days I am not getting restingHeartRate. When I go to my online dash board and my app, the resting heart rate shows up just fine.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

@SunsetRunner The Web app is interpolating and the API is correct. We only report a resting heart rate value if we can get a high confidence measurement.
