Since the latest Samsung Security System Update both my mother's phone and my phone can no longer sync with the fitbit. I've tried everything that has been recommended on the web. Can anyone help?

Same issue with my fitbit one on my note 10. What seems to work for me is to turn off bluetooth on the phone for a few seconds then back on and it syncs. hope this helps

Not sure if you have figured out the problem but I just got a samsung update on my phone and I also stopped getting text notifications.
The only thing that worked was to switch messaging apps within the samsung phone.
I switched to message+ and it started working again.

The problem with the sync is due to one of Google's security patch. We have to ALWAYS authorize notifications but since the security patch ,we can no more put ALWAY , the always box is greyed out! That is the problem.
It's doing the same thing with othe apps!
