Clock displays wrong time

It currently 1:01 pm and my zip says 9:04.  Not sure if it is am or pm since that does not show up.  This is not the first time this has happened.  I pulled the battery and put it back.  What else can I do?

I'm having the same problem.  How do you change the time ?

Nice to see you here@Rosemary356 and @SueGF! This sounds odd @Rosemary356! The best would be checking the inside spring of your tracker. To do so, you can check this post by @vomitofthemind

@SueGF To make sure that your tracker is working correctly, restart it. Also, check this post to know how to change the time zone.

I hope this helps, keep me posted! 😉

Thanks for responding. I went to settings and figured it out.

Now the only problem is getting the back off when I have to change the battery. My husband has to use a screw driver which is destroying the slot it goes in. At this point it is still working.

I removed the battery and checked the posts, I seen that on another question posted here.  Once I did that it went to millitary time and I lost all of my steps, over 7000.  We are in a competion at work, so I am very unhappy ;( . When I went to sync in this morning, once again it did not give me all of my steps.  I put my old ONE on and it registered 60 steps and the zip said zero.

Your ZIP came with a black screw driver type of thing.  If you don't have that anymore, use a quarter.  That might be so rough on it.
