@SueGF To make sure that your tracker is working correctly, restart it. Also, check this post to know how to change the time zone.

Best AnswerI removed the battery and checked the posts, I seen that on another question posted here. Once I did that it went to millitary time and I lost all of my steps, over 7000. We are in a competion at work, so I am very unhappy ;( . When I went to sync in this morning, once again it did not give me all of my steps. I put my old ONE on and it registered 60 steps and the zip said zero.
Best AnswerYour ZIP came with a black screw driver type of thing. If you don't have that anymore, use a quarter. That might be so rough on it.
