Hey there, @zipnotsozippy! Thanks for joining us! In this case I recommend you to uncheck the option on your notifications settings, save the changes, sync your tracker and then check the option again, save and finally sync again.
This should do the trick, if it doesn't you can also try by restarting your tracker and setting it up as a new device by following these instructions:
