Low Battery Warning Emails not showing up

I have it set in Settings, Notifications to send me an email when the battery is low. I have not received one of these for a very long time. How do I fix This? Thanks.

Hey there, @zipnotsozippy! Thanks for joining us! In this case I recommend you to uncheck the option on your notifications settings, save the changes, sync your tracker and then check the option again, save and finally sync again. 

 

This should do the trick, if it doesn't you can also try by restarting your tracker and setting it up as a new device by following these instructions:

 

  1. Insert the wireless sync dongle into a USB port on your computer. 
  2. Open Fitbit connect
  3. Choose Set up a New Fitbit Device.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to create a Fitbit account and connect your tracker.
