My Fitbit Zip isn't resetting to zero by each morning. The 24-hour cycle appears to be off. Ideas?

Please check if you followed these steps to restart your tracker. Also, to make sure that your tracker is communicating correctly with Fitbit and displaying the correct data try setting your tracker up as a replacement device.
