Sync Issue

The device is saying it successfully synced but it is only showing 844 steps on the website when the device itself is showing over 10000.

Thanks for stopping by @NameTwo! This sounds odd. To ensure that your tracker is working as it should, please restart it. After this, double check if your Zip is syncing. If you sync with a computer, check your dashboard to see the last time your tracker synced.

 

If this doesn't work, please attach a picture of the issue you are experiencing.
