after computer update, fitbit will not sync with dash on laptop. There is no icon on dashboard, took out dongle and reloaded it. Hve managed to sync on iphone but would like to do on laptop as I can get more info.
Plus this morning fitbit did not go back to 0 but started with yesterdays steps, although it does show correct mileage. Have tried syncing several times with phone.

@1000jo Sorry to hear that your Zip isn't syncing with your laptop. Make sure you have the Fitbit software installed on your computer. If it is then uninstall and reinstall it. Regarding the steps this happens when there is a change in timezones but rarely can happen randomly. Restart your Zip as this should help it reset the following day. Although the affected day won't be corrected.
