Zip not tracking steps

Fitbit stopped showing anything but zeroes for steps, calories, distance.  Only showing time. Replaced battery.  No change.  Any ideas?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @nitrodave! This sounds odd. To ensure that your tracker is working correctly, please restart it. Also, check the metal spring inside your tracker to make sure it is in the correct place. To do so, check the post of @vomitofthemind about Zip not responding after changing the battery.
