strange text list instead of usual dasboard.Been this way for awhile now,
When I click on help there is a message you are aware of problem and are working on it,but so far it is still not working.

Since I posted this I have spoken to support and they say there is a problem on your end and they are working on it. This has been going on for a couple weeks and still no solution. What's up?

actually already see it didn't.Could it help if my husband took the battery out of his Zip and restarted it? I suggested it and he said it could just make matters worse.

Thanks for the reply @pearson65! Since is the online Dashboard and not the tracker that is displaying the weird text, I don't think that will help. To insert an image in your post:
