Update: 12/13/2017: Hi Everyone, this issue was resolved in iOS app version 2.44, please update your app and you should see the account button. If you still have this issue, please let me know. Thanks for your reports and patience.
Hi Everyone - Our team is aware that the iOS account icon in the top upper left hand on the app is not visible to some, we hope to have a fix shortly.
In the meantime you can try the workaround mentioned in @LZee's post, tap above the share icon and you should be able to access your account.
Thanks for your reports and patience.

Best AnswerThanks so much! I was trying to connect a replacement Blaze and couldn't even get started until I saw your message to tap where the icon should be.

Best AnswerI can't believe that you would not have caught this bug. Pretty sloppy. This has wasted an hour of my time. First reinstalling app, deleting my two fitbits, just really a pain. Then trying to find it on help, then holding for over 20 minutes. Wow.

Best AnswerI cannot see an account icon on my Macbook Pro, which is where I have things set up. It isn;t invisible, it just isn't there. I can see my profile. But I'm trying to resolve battery life (new Charge HR not holding a charge for more than a day), and the help article I have found talks about this account icon which I do not see anywhere:

Best AnswerHello 🙂 Well... the account button is there, but not at the top right-hand corner anymore. Look on the bottom right hand corner,

Hello @SJA69, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that if you're not able to see the Account button on the bottom of your screen it's because the new Community button was added to this menu, prompting the change of the Account button to the top right corner of the screen. You will still be able to access your Account from here.
Thanks again for your participation, if there's anything else you might want to add or anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello @SJA69, I hope you're doing well, thanks for replying. ![]()
I appreciate you have come back and voiced your concern about this feature. Please note that in some countries the Community tab replaces the Friends tab in the Menu. In either case the Account button has been moved to the top right corner of the screen.
If you'd like this feature to be revised, please feel free to add your insight and feedback as a suggested idea, where members of the Community can vote and comment on it. This is the best way to make your voice heard.
I hope this helps, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

@Stephleopard you may have the new app design that's currently being rolled out.
If you have tabs at the bottom for "discover", "today" and "community" then select today, then select your profile image at the top left of the screen. This takes you into the account section of the app. If you select your device from that screen you should see the option for the alarms.
There is a help file for the new design but, unfortunately, it doesn't cover alarms: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2435

I can't help with that one. I don't think it does but I hope someone else will post who is sure to confirm.
