All my data is gone

My Fitbit HR was not syncing correctly to my phone, I kept trying and trying but it would get stuck and just stop syncing. So I deleted the app on my iPhone and when I re-installed and opened the app I noticed on my Fitbit all my data was gone, saying I had done 0 everything. When I know I had done over 10,000 steps today. Is there anyway to get this back!?

Thank you in advance

Hi @Alette

Moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS app section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Can you check if the timezone is correct in the Fitbit App settings (iOS?), when automatic timezone is enabled, consider to disable and select the timezone manually.

With a incorrect timezone, your tracker can have started a new day during the day believing it's midnight.. so your steps appearing on another day then today.. Cat Embarassed

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Alette, hope you're doing great today! Have you checked what my friend @SunsetRunner suggested?

Have you tried doing these steps? Is your data back on your Dashboard?

Let us know the outcome!
