App Not keeping steps

Every time my Alta syncs is zeros out the steps and it has lost all the steps since Saturday

hey, hey, @RypcalCat Very Happy Hmmm...this is weird. When this happened to me it was because my App was not updated to the latest version. You can check this on your App store, the current one is: 2.32 and it was released on 1/31/2017. Also, logging out and back in from the App does the trick most of the times. In between all this you can reboot your phone as well.
