App keeps logging me out

My Fitbit App keeps logging out now and therefore is not syncing with my Fitbit until I log back in. Never used to do this

hi - appreciate this post was some time ago now and, apologies if the case, but was there ever a fix to this?

got my wife an Alta HR for christmas, it was fine for a couple of weeks, and has now stopped syncing and, asks her to login to the App on her iPhone 6, she logs in and then it still doesn't sync.

any direction to the fix appreciated

Not really. It always would synch after I logged in again. Now it isn’t asking me to do that so often. But I don’t know why.

I have the newest iOS, iPhone X and 256GB of space. Please come up with a better excuse for your app logging people out. Thanks!

STILL A PROBLEM! I have a new iphone Xs Max, and same thing as iphone 6, about every 6 weeks app requires login. On my secure device! Why!? And recently my fitbit is burning through cr2032 batteries. Like they are tying to force me to buy a new Fitbit. Funny, bad battery is why I had to buy a new iphone! **ahem** I'm feeling swindled by Apple and now Fitbit!

Surely the investigation is complete by now! My app still constantly logs me out. Its on an iPhone since the app won't work at all on my samsung tablet. Come on Fitbit get it together. Great watch,  archaic software!

Wow this is the straw that broke my back. I have been slowly but surely amazed at how little you have improved fitbit esp for swimming. Now MY data is only available when I log back in after synching up for like 15 - 20 minutes. I think I shall give either apple of Xiaomi a spin. You really are doing a mostly dead job there in SF, and you have completely lost your passion.
