App on iPhone won’t sync food logging with laptop app

When I enter food in the food log from my iPhone and then check it on my laptop my food logs are not the same.  If I enter a for example my lunch intake on the app of my laptop and then later in the day I enter a snack through my app on the iPhone my entry from my laptop doesn’t show up on my food log list on my iPhone.  Not sure what to do to ensure both read the same.  Syncing doesn’t resolve it.

Let me help you with your food logs. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. On your computer please clear cache and cookies on your browser or try a different one like Firefox or Chrome.
