Best AnswerTry putting your Fitbit device on charge and reset it by holding down the power for 8 seconds then another 8 seconds shortly after that. Doing this fixed that for me so I thought I would share. Also try turning off and on Bluetooth. 👍

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Best AnswerIm having the same issue, Inspire HR, not even 2 weeks old.
Everything was going great until today. Charged it up, then put it back on. Went to bike into work, and noticed that all my excersizes had been replaced with RUN or PILATES. Thought that was super weird. So I biked to work anyway and tried syncing. Data went to the App no problem, but it says Sync failed. My excersize shortcuts are still messed up.
So I tried the location thing, no luck. 😕
