I have to restart my phone as well to correct it, but feel I shouldn’t have to do this all the time.

The Fitbit app is showing incorrect battery status. I’ve rebooted my charge 4 twice and synced repeatedly. I also changed clock faces. The battery status on the app continues to be incorrect.

I heard that if you fully close the app and then open it does sync correctly. Just a bit of a schlep

Glad to know I’m not the only one who’s having this issue. Now it doesn’t matter how many times I manually sync, the battery level does not update. All the other information does though.

Again, this is widespread and looks unlikely to be resolved until a new update is released. We need to wait.

On my iPhone I bring up the app, close it then I bring up everything by swiping from the bottom to the middle of the screen which is where you can then swipe the apps you were on away. When I swipe my FITBIT app away the battery level shows correctly on my iPhone app. This is the easiest way I got it to work. You can also log out of the app & then log back in. It needs to be fixed.

Hi, I found that if I turn the Wi-Fi off and then shut my phone down, then restart it. Turn the Wi-Fi back on, it seems to reset the battery level after a while. It doesn’t happen immediately though. Hope this helps.

There’s a free clock face called “Clean Zone” that has a battery indicator that is accurate. It’s a good work around for now. I’m using a Versa 2 so this clock face works better on this style device than the thinner devices.

My Sense Version 128.6.12 has been doing the same thing. Seems to be a version issue. Battery level in app does not refresh when I sync but does refresh if I close and reopen the app. Not a huge problem yet irritating.

My IOS App does NOT update the Charge 4 battery level on Sync and hasn’t done for some time. It doesn’t matter how may times I force the sync. App version is 3.52.1(1084) ( latest) on IOS 15.2. device firmware is up to date.
I have to restart the App for the battery level shown in the App to match that on the device. It didn’t used to be like this.
