I have a Blaze and iPhone 6. My phone and Blaze sync relatively well. But ever since last week, I started experiencing problems with my dashboard displaying the correct info. Right now my time is 9:00PM CST, my dashboard says last sync 8:43AM. Last time it took 14hrs to finally sync. In between. it switched from me being in the No1 spot to No4. I think it currently displays my correct position, but I'm not sure
Any ideas?

Hello @hped, I hope you're doing well, it's great to see you around. Have a warm welcome to the Community @turtlemaster, it's nice to have you on board!
@hped, have you updated the app recently? If so, I would like to provide some tips that will help your trackers sync more efficiently with your phone:
- Restart your tracker by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
- Restart your phone.
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on
In case that doesn't do the trick @hped, and @turtlemaster, as you have already tried this, my recommendation would be trying to set up your tracker as a new device in your account. Don't worry, this won't remove any information you've stored so far.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
