I just purchased a Versa 2. I upgraded from inspire hr. I got my email notifications from my gmail accounts on my inspire hr but not on my Versa 2. Am I missing something in the set up process?

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Jenniferyoung

Thank you for coming to the community with your question. I understand your frustration with your notifications issue. This is currently a known issue by the Fitbit Team. Please view this thread here:https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...Pay special attention to page 1 of the thread and perform those steps carefully.
I wish I could offer more information but that it truly all I know about the issue at this time. When new information or updates occur they can be found there.

@Jenniferyoung   If you are using the gmail app as your default mail account (the red M, not the blue envelope), then I believe you might have been getting your gmail notifications as part of the App Notifications.

From your dashboard, tap on your profile picture > Versa 2 > Notifications > App Notifications.  Is gmail on your list?  Toggle it to on.  If you are using the gmail app, then I suspect this is how you got your notifications on your Inspire HR.

Hello again @Jenniferyoung I would be careful making any further changes since you already got it up and running again.
