Can’t get iMessage notifications on Versa

The iMessage app doesn’t even show up under ‘App Notifications’ in the Fitbit app. FaceTime shows up and WhatsApp shows up but there is no option to even click allow iMessage notifications on my Fitbit. 

I can still get other notifications on my Fitbit but just not iMessage. I can get notifications from other apps like, WhatsApp and FaceTime but not iMessage. 

I have unpaired my Fitbit to my phone and paired it back, I shut down my phone, I updated my phone, I closed out the Fitbit app and started it back up again, I synced my Fitbit. 

I don’t know what else I try.

I’m sorry you’re currently not receiving your notifications at this time. The Fitbit Team is aware of the notifications issue individuals are experiencing and are working on a fix. Hopefully the fix will be soon but I have no timeframe to offer you at the moment. Any available information pertaining to the notifications issue will be found there. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help.
