Can't login into account

just recently updated to newest iOS this morning

with correct username and password I cannot login to the app, with the message check username and password (I know they're correct, I have had my account since Christmas, with emails and weekly updates from fitbit in my gmail inbox).

 

turned phone on and off and then deleted and re-downloaded app (still nothing) before making new account with original email. fitbit seems to have completely forgotten about my old account overnight and it has completely disappeared. As far as I can tell the customer support is shocking, but I am in need of help here.

 

I then make a new account with my email and nothing is where it was, only having data for today

two days ago after recent iOS update, suddenly unable to login to my fitbit account. It is as if my account has completely disappeared, and the 100% correct username and password are not recognised when attempting to log in. When sending an email to my email for forgotten password, no email appears, and yet I have countless emails since Christmas of 2019 with weekly updates and badges earned from the account. 

 

I would like to get my account back, and otherwise, the fitbit is working fine.

I cannot logon the Fitbit app via my phone (this is new, I have logged on forever via my phone) - The phone app indicates that my userid and/or password is wrong... but I can logon via the web app with the same credentials... and I also noticed that the link from my Fitbit scale over to MyFitnessPal via Fitbit stopped working this morning (I do this daily),  Help.
