I cannot get app to open tired installing and reinstalling. Updated my phone too

Not really, it opened twice yesterday though which is a record.

I just purchased my Fitbit 3 days ago and now this is happening to me. Following thread for resolution.

@MelBell8796 thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. If the issue persists try to uninstall and reinstall the app and clear the Fitbit cache on your phone.

@RR12226 @Emily418 I am sorry to hear you continue experiencing this issue. Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. Please make sure you have downloaded the new version by following these instructions
