Hi there, my charge 2 has stopped notifying me of when I get a text or a call. I've tried to reset it and also disconnected the connection with my phone and reconnected it by blue tooth again and still nothing... now what do i do

A warm welcome to the Community @megsmyk8 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. In this case, I recommend following @he instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I am in the same boat.  No notification of calls/texts or reminders to move. I have gone through all of the recomended steps to no avail.  Yes my fitbit has the notifications turned on. . . . is there anything else that can be done?  This device is under 2 months old.  Thank you.

@Kat.Turner1975 @megsmyk8. Please note that you won’t receive text notifications if you have an open conversation on your phone since there isn’t a push notification.

Also, make sure that you have notifications turned on in your iOS settings. This can be done if you tap Settings > Notifications > phone/messages/calendar > and toggle ‘Allow Notifications’ on.

Lastly, if the problem persists, I'd then recommend using the troubleshooting steps mentioned here.

Hope this helps!

Hello @zoezi, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

If your Charge 2 is still not receiving notifications, please check if the "Do Not Disturb" mode hasn't been enabled. To do this, go to the clock face on your tracker, then press and hold the button for 2 seconds, a vibration and a message on the tracker will indicate you that Notifications have been turned on or off. Make sure they're on and in case you're still not receiving them, please try the troubleshooting steps @DerrickS mentioned in his post earlier.

I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, please keep me posted! Smiley Wink

Perfect answer! That was my problem too. Must get activated because it is the first screen. Wonder why it it didn't get turned back on by accident. No matter, its fixed!

This happened to me as well.  I ended up pushing the battery sign in the upper left corner.  Scrolled down to menu items.  This opens up a screen for notifications.  Press the notifications you want.  I’m up and working now after that.  Yay 😀
