Charge 2 with iPhone 8 Plus heart rate not working on Fitbit app

When i log out of the Fitbit app or delete it and reinstall it are the only times that I can get the charge 2 Fitbit to display the actual heart rate. 

This function stopped working the last few months and I am getting beyond frustrated!!! Please fix this, correct this. I am contemplating going to the Apple Watch because I just can’t take it anymore. I love my Fitbit’s over the years but this is just getting to be too much. Last call PLEASE FIX THE HEART RATE FUNCTION ON THE IPHONE 8 plus APP!!!!

Hi @Annschlough 

 

It sounds like you might have the same issue as people are having in the thread titled ["Current Heart Rate not being displayed in iOS App"](https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Current-heart-rate-not-being-displayed-in-iOS-app/td-p/43275...).

 

If so, you might want to add your comments there so FitBit can be made aware that they STILL have not fixed this issue.
