Hi. I bought my Charge 3 less than a week ago. Each morning I need to “forget this device” from my iPhone 6s Bluetooth setting then re-pair as overnight it loses sync. My phone is charging but in same room as Fitbit. My previous fitness band costing around £30 never did this. I’m so disappointed that I think I’m going to have to return device for a refund. Is this a faulty device ? Can I resolve this issue? Thanks for reading .

I actually returned the Fitbit charge 3. However I purchased a new one just over a month ago and it works perfectly.
Fitbit will never admit it but it’s clear some are faulty

I have both my daughter and wife on Fitbit devices, but as soon as they break down we're moving away from it. Terrible compatibility with phones, stuff just never works and help forum is useless and full of cookie cutter polite but not helpful responses

Agreed, the charge 3 I got was a bit of a letdown with it constantly losing connectivity, and the help the moderator is providing is literally repeating the same thing continuously. Fix it, roll a patch out--do whatever they need to do to justify this expensive piece of rubber.

I am having the same issue - so frustrating! The first few days I was receiving notifications on my Charge 3 and now I’m not and I can’t get it to work. I’ve been going through the same steps as you.

I have had same problem since a week after it came out . I’ve tried n tried what fit bit have suggested to no avail it’s various emails back n forth a new fit bit sent out and sure enough the same with that one. My husband has same one yup same problem too.. their is hundreds of people n social media with same problem. It seams fit bit can’t get it right. I never had it with both my previous Fitbit. I won’t buy another one this was supposed to be a better fit it to me it’s the worst and would not recommend them to no one.

I have to forget my device and repair it almost every day. I have the Charge 3 and IphoneX. It looks like this is a huge problem, but I have not seen any solution to the problem. I also have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. All my notifications are on and it does work for 18-40 hours at a time, but then always disconnects and has to be repaired again.

My iPhone X loses connection constantly. I at least discovered a quicker way of re-establishing connection, do a soft reset and connection is re-established (connect to charging cable and hold button for 8 seconds till smiley face).

First off I do have 2 trackers. One is the Charge 3 and the other is the Alta HR. Mainly I wear the Fitbit Charge 3. I finally got it paired with my phone this morning and it seemed to be working. However I received a call from my friend and a text a couple of hours later and there was no vibration or message on my band. When I looked it was unpaired. I'm beginning to think I need to return this Fitbit and get another type. Is this a problem with the Charge 3?

I’ve got iPhone10/x charge 3. Unpairing daily, no notifications at all anymore. It did work for a while. My husbands Samsung phone works fine with his top model Fitbit. Is this an iOS problem?
