I have read all the comments, My Fitbit 3 keeps saying on my Apple phone Connection Unsuccessful, Make sure "Charge 3" is turned on and in range. It was connected last night after I said forget this device and back to square one. I'm over it! How many times can you reboot both phone and watch. Not Happy 😞

Thanks for all your recommendations! I have tried everything but my phone (android) and fitbit will not connect and I will have the message "looking for device" for a very long time. This was going on for a few months now and I eventually stop using my bracelet. Now i start using it again and i have the same problem. I left my bluetooth open for half a day and my app is not synchronized. Unhappy about it 😞

Hi, did you manage to sort your charge 3 out? I’m having the same problem as you and customer service are as useful as my charge 3, all i get when I phone up is we are working on it! Fed Up and don’t know what to do, ive had my charge 3 since October 2019 and now it’s just a very expensive pedometer 😡

No, they weren’t able to solve my issue. They had to send me a new one. Or I got 50% towards upgrading.

I have this same issue of the Charge 3 not connecting with my phone (which has zero issues with BT). After online chat with customer service, they mailed me a new one -- which worked -- for 5 days!! Back to the same, can't sync. This combined with all the GPS tracking issues the Charge 3 has (and lack of response from FitBit) shows the direction Google is taking this company...

Restarted tracker and apps shows connected and battery life okay but still cannot sync. Restarted IPhone 11 Pro as well. Please help.
This happened after tracker battery life dropped to below 10% the night before and now recharged to 100% and seems have this sync issue even when shown as connected.

I am having the exact same issue with my new Charge 3. I can get it to synch but then it doesn't stay connected to my iphone. Hence I can no longer get notifcations on my Fitbit which was one of the features I loved about my Charge2. I have to turn things on and off several times a day on my phone just so I can get my Fitbit data uploaded.
Is your new one behaving any better? I don't know if I should exchange mine or just return it and go for an Apple Watch instead.

Mine was okay from day 1 and just gave me problems after 2 months of use. It showed as connected as shown in the app and the Bluetooth connection but failed to synced. I have followed the instructions in the forum and reset many times including resetting my iPhone 11 Pro. Finally managed to sync last night but this morning it failed to sync again. I reset several times and still failed to sync.

I didn’t even try the new one to be honest. I bought a Apple Watch series 3. I’ve been trying to seek my fit bit charge 3!

Same problem for me, it also conflicts with other Bluetooth devices in the home such as my audio system, I walk out of the room with my fitbit on and the sound turns off. Biggest piece of over priced (Brown stuff) I've ever bought. I'll buy another device but it will never be fitbit brand ever again. Still no fix after months of issues, worst customer support ever!

I understand that COVID 19 is the main virus that a charge 3 has! Following customer service instructions is a huge waste of time. Nothing seems to work but fit**ahem** is still working on the problem. Now they have worldwide governments work on the virus that got loose!

I keep getting "No Device Found" even when my Fitbit Charge 3 is sitting on top of the Samsung phone that I have. This has worked before, but it simply will not Sync at times. Why?

Yes, it does monitor sleep. The only issue I had with it. Was when I was in bed, i accidentally called 911 with it When I rolled over. It’s a feature on it. It’s good to have!! But you can disable it.
