I have read all the comments, My Fitbit 3 keeps saying on my Apple phone Connection Unsuccessful, Make sure "Charge 3" is turned on and in range. It was connected last night after I said forget this device and back to square one. I'm over it! How many times can you reboot both phone and watch. Not Happy 😞

Hi, I've tried all this and still having problems. I never had all this with my charge 2, so why is a more up-to-date version so problematic?

My Charge 3 is connecting to bluetooth but sticking on Connecting To Fitbit screen after I've entered the code.
I've tried everything to sync it and nothing works. Any ideas?

I finally figured out why my Charge 3 was not connecting and maybe it will help you and others. The Charge 3 can only be paired to one device. So even if you are re-pairing to a device, it needs a hard reset. Watch this video and do the hard or "factory reset". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WX6vT0N4J0
It's annoying it has to be done every time it needs re-paired, but it worked for me. Hope that helps others!

I also cannot connect and I believe it is the Charge 3 had faulty bluetooth chips. I bought 2 different Charge 3 watches and both won't connect to either my iPhone or my iPad. I know it's not my device because my roommates connects just fine.

these things wont work , i can connect my charge 3 with my phone but it always says, can't sync click here for more info and then i get all the stept that i allready tried so im a but stuck with this, a couple monthes ago it was no problem to sinc, the problem just accurt with me.
and i dont have the option to thry it with my pc sins my pc cant update anymore i cant seem to install any apps or programs from the microsoft store,
i allready looked for a torent online that does not send me to the microsoftstore but i cant seem to find one .
ques thats because fitbit app is allready free ...
if i could just find a download pack, so i can do it true winrar or something or my fitbit will act normal again my problem would be solved xD

Yeah me too.
I have tried all these things numerous times I was able to sync on my iPad and on my phone once. However now on my Fitbit app I have lost all heart data. I still have sleep and steps but not the heart which is important to me. My charge three synced for a minute. I have no notification tab on my watch but have the weather. The heart rate on the watch are in grey. In the Bluetooth on my phone it connected for a short time but then within a minute it stopped. Now it just keeps searching for it. The app keeps telling me it’s taking too long. I got a report and it gave me everything but the last date on it was a few days ago when I was experiencing the problems. I logged out the app and when I logged back in all heart data was gone except chart for Bpm. Very frustrating.
