Charge 3 not syncing with Fitbit app.

The app cant find my fitbit charge 3, Already tried restarting app, restarting phone. Now I let my phone forget the device and read that storting “new” device was a suggestion, But then the app still canot find the device. I only got it for 1 day.

My original fitbit 3 was having issues. I was lucky that it was still
under warranty. They sent me a replacement. This is the one having
connectivity issues. After calling customer support they are going to
send me another replacement watch. They send just the watch and no bands or
charger. If your watch is still having issues I would call them. I tried
all of the internet solutions with no luck. I hope yours is still under
warranty also.

While it was under warranty they had to send me two. With my newest phineI
can not sync it at all.

Thank you.  I will follow up with the company.  I have had the watch for only 2 months and it is wearing me down.  Nothing but problems.

I tried everything you suggested, but it is still not syncing. The app says "we found your tracker" but it gets stuck on that screen. The watch itself is showing a date from 3 months ago. I restarted it, I deleted the app, I deleted the device, I turned the phone on and off, and I tried everything on the list. It is still not working. Please help.

I was not able to get mine to join. I contacted customer service because mine was still under warranty. They will have you try several ways to resolve the issue but none of them worked for me. They sent me a replacement which also wouldn't join. They are sending me another replacement. I hope it works. I hope yours is still under warranty.

Same issues with mine.  Spoken to customer support and they have tried everything too.  Mine is still under warranty so will see what they suggest.

Rainobointhesky.  Sorry cant help much. I have been in contact with customer service and they helped reboot the watch.  Worked for a few hours and the  not syncing any more. I will have to contact them again.  I sent an email and surprise surprise , no reply.

hi jet6804.  i am afraid i do not have any other suggestions.  the product is a dud and i am battling with fitbit  to do something about it.  My fitbit does not syn all the time and it is hit and miss.

Contact customer service. They have been very good since my 3 was still under warranty. Ended up sending me 2 replacements since the first one wouldn't sink either.

Did the replacements sync ok? If so, I may try calling them. I'm just really frustrated about it.

The first replacement did not sync at all. The second replacement seems to be working. I really think there is an issue with the fitbit 3 product.

My Fitbit charge 3 is not syncing w my android phone. I’ve tried all the steps shown and am growing frustrated.  Is there an issue on the fitbit side? Don’t know what else to do besides wanting my money back....

It has been a problem for me since I bought mine. First I had a Samsung S6
and finally after 3 units it was working most of the time. Then I upgraded
my phone to the Samsung S10 and it will never sync. The never want to admit
the Fitbit Charge 3 is a failure. But with all the people I know that have
one, there is always some type of problem. Now mine is losing time and
there is no way to reset it since it will not sync. And yes I have tried
all the steps to make it work again. No luck.

I gave up in the end and bought a Garmin. Does the the job and never any issues.

Here's the classic though my wife bought me the charge 4 & guess what exactly the same problems as the 3. It went back 2 days later & I have reverted back to the 2 which works fine no problems.

Nothing I did worked. Contacted customer service and the sent a replacement since it was still under warranty.
