Hi! So I used to be able to see my pace for a partial lap in my run summary. For example, my laps are set at 1 mile, so when I go over 3 miles, it would should my pace for lap 1, lap 2, lap 3, and then for the remaining 0.5 miles or whatever extra distance I did. All of a sudden I am not seeing those partial laps, I am only seeing the pace for each lap right on the mile and nothing after. Just wondering if I changed a setting without realizing somewhere? I am using the Fitbit app on an iPhone 8 Plus syncing with my Charge 4.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @musicnotes93.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend confirming the instructions to track laps with your Fitbit device at Can I track splits or laps with my Fitbit device? I also recommend trying the following:
If the issue persists, please confirm if you can see your pace for a partial lap using online fitbit.com dashboard? I will be glad to investigate further.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I did all of these things and I still can’t see the partial laps on the
app. I did log into the online dashboard and I am able to see them there,
listed under “mile splits” but there is not a mile splits section in the
exercise details in the app. When I go on my run tomorrow I can see if it
is listed, but I am currently not able to see it for past runs. --

Mile split showing in web dashboard
From FitBit app, partial lap not showing
I am still not able to see the partial mile split in the app. I can only see the pace for the exact mile, not any left over time, such as 0.4 miles. I CAN see it on the web dashboard though. I have deleted the app, unpaired my Charge 4 and re-paired and nothing has worked. I know it isn’t that big of a deal, but I did like seeing it, and I was once able to see it in the app so I’m not sure what went wrong.
