Charge hr won't sync run

Hi All,
So I have a charge hr went for a run this morning for 30 mins my iPhone (5s) hasn't and won't sync my run it is set in advanced setting to recognise a run after 10 miniutes.
I am running the up to date software on my phone have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. I have reset my Fitbit & turned the blue toothed on and off as well as restarting my phone several times.
It is pulling through the active miniutes and all features apart from my run
Any help appreciated am running out of ideas and feel like I now just have an expensive pedometer 🙁
