When I lift my wrist and turn it towards me it's not lighting up. I also have to double tap it a number of times before it actually works... Is there something wrong with it? It's really annoying!

Hey there @Kayyyyceee! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 

Let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row this will refresh the internal logs of your tracker, your Alta should work fine after doing this.
