Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

And even with the iOS App update today, the exercises are STILL not synced! This is frustrating! How do I manually add my exercise workout minutes on the Dashboard - I cannot figure that out. I'm beyond PO'd!

Hello everyone! A recent version of the Fitbit app has been released. If you haven't updated the app, I recommend getting it by following @MarreFitbit's instructions in this post. Once you get it, try rebooting your phone or give a try to the steps that @picasso66 shared above.
Keep me posted.

Nope - still doesn't work. Got the update yesterday, rebooted the phone, tried to manually sync - exercises still showing up as not synced.
It appears FitBit can only had ONE exercise a day - yes, the walking steps automatically sync, but if I do a workout session with several types of exercises, which I log manually and separately because lifting weights burns more calories than stretching - it will only sync one of the exercises I post and it's random which one FitBit decides to sync.

Still not working.
Could be that my only unsynced activity is 9h - 35km walk with the GPS tracking? So quite a lot of data?

As Of 6/13/16 I am still getting the Not Synced message for any and all entries I make on the phone and these are not visible in Dashboard, I can enter it on my Laptop at Fitbit.com but it doesn't update the app on my phone. Please put this at the top of your Developers list. Very annoying to have to manually log the work TWICE. The app doesn't recognize Weight Lifting so you have no alternative but to plug in manually.

I updated to 2.23.1(525) copywrite 2016 on June 9th. Sync did not work after that update either. This morning, I re-booted the phone and entered some Wieght training exercise time and it goes to the page Impact on your Day, shows loading activity stats +349 calories burned and a lightning bolt with Loading Activity Stats and then get Try again to SYNC but it does not SYNC. The release might of fixed something else but it did not have any effect at all on the iOS sync problem. Continues to be a complete waste of time to enter the data into the iPhone App. I have had enough trouble with this and the fact it won't hold a charge for over a day that I am considering giving up and looking at another System. Which I don't want to do The Aria Scale would need to be replaced and so on. Hope they start actually fixing some of these problems.

@jayo114 Our team is still working on a fix for this issue, I'll be sure to post in this thread once I receive more updates.
For anybody that is hopping on this thread for the first time, please do not uninstall the Fitbit App. There is the potential of losing any unsynced data if you uninstall the App.
Also, when it's possible, I'd also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.
Thanks for everybody's patience while we work out this issue.
