Fitbit Update 9/19/16
This issue where users experience a red "(not synced)" error next to their exercise logs on the iOS App has been resolved with the release of iOS App version 2.27. Click here to update your App if you haven't already.
Thanks you for everybody's patience while we worked this one out!
Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

I have this problem only when I start MobileRun on my iOS app. Data provided from ChargeHR are synced but no way to sync GPS, minutes per km and altitude.

Updated the app and had an 8 mile run today that did not sync at first. The "Not Synced" error was showing, and most of the data (splits, map, heart rate, etc.) didn't show up. I tapped to try and sync the exercise and the message went away, but the data still wasn't displaying until I quit the fitbit app and reopened it. At that point, the run had synced, showing map, splits, heart rate from my charge hr, etc.
Seems a bit odd that I had to tap to manually sync, then reboot the app, but at least my data is there! I plan on running a few longer runs within the week (13+ miles), so I'll report back then.

It is obvious Fitbit is not concerned or not capable of taking care of this problem. I mentioned previously the multiude of tracker options available, I am choosing one of those. I am disgusted with the wasted time and money. I seriously doubt I will have anything very nice to say about this company or it's products. Good luck to those of you stuck with this junk.

I ran 13.2 miles this morning. It still has not synced. I tried to sync several times today. The 6.6 mile run yesterday synced within seconds of me finishing.
I am using iphone 6s. I didn't have this problem when I had an iphone 5s last year.
When will this issue be fixed?

Although I refuse to waste any more time on the Fitbit App itself here is a work around of sorts. Open Fitbit.com on your phone, enter the details of the workout and at least it will then update the app itself. The website is difficult to navigate on phone easy on laptop. Still hoping fitbit will throw some developers at the problem with the App. Really making you guys look bad.

The only workaround I have found is open fitbit.com on your phone in Safari or Chrome, not the app. Once you do the udpates at the website they will show up on your app next time you open and close it.
