Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

Goodbye Fitbit
A member since December 2013. Multiple devices, 9.4M steps, 7200 km.
Now going to the competition who actually appear to take their product seriously for people to take their health seriously. I took my HR off my wrist this morning for a shower and though why bother putting it back on. If you can't fix it in months what chance to we have. Even my Aria scale is crapped out.
Dissapointed is the least I can describe my view of these products.

Hi @jakjelstrom, @Kounteract and welcome aboard to our Community @Lgersib.
@jakjelstrom with your Flex the last version available is 7.81 and with your mobile app for iSO is 2.25. To find the version you are using go to your app and tap on Account Tab > Scroll down and select "Help" > Here will be display the version of the app. If is the same I mentioned here you have the last version.
I would like to clarify the most important for Fitbit are the users and the team is working hard to find a solution to this issue and deliver the service you deserve. However usually these type of bugs take time to resolved and I can only ask for your patience. To stay aware of the updates regarding this issue please visit the following thread here.

I'm having this issue too, and have been for a number of weeks. Any news on when the fix might be implemented? It's a bit pointless having a mobile app with GPS tracking if you can't actually sync the tracking data....

I have found this to be the case as well. However, if you continue to try (and try, and try, and try) it will sync.
Seems the cut-off is exactly 60 minutes.
All of my tracked activities under the 60 miunte time-frame have absolutely no issues syncing + uploading to dashboard.

Not true. Most of my exercise sessions are less than 60 minutes and they are not syncing.
