Fitbit Update 9/19/16

This issue where users experience a red "(not synced)" error next to their exercise logs on the iOS App has been resolved with the release of iOS App version 2.27. Click here to update your App if you haven't already.

Thanks you for everybody's patience while we worked this one out!

Fitbit Update 5/23

There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.

Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss.  If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

Goodbye Fitbit

A member since December 2013. Multiple devices, 9.4M steps, 7200 km.

Now going to the competition who actually appear to take their product seriously for people to take their health seriously. I took my HR off my wrist this morning for a shower and though why bother putting it back on. If you can't fix it in months what chance to we have. Even my Aria scale is crapped out.

Dissapointed is the least I can describe my view of these products.

Hi @jakjelstrom@Kounteract and welcome aboard to our Community @Lgersib.

@jakjelstrom with your Flex the last version available is 7.81 and with your mobile app for iSO is 2.25. To find the version you are using go to your app and tap on Account Tab > Scroll down and select "Help" > Here will be display the version of the app. If is the same I mentioned here you have the last version.

I would like to clarify the most important for Fitbit are the users and the team is working hard to find a solution to this issue and deliver the service you deserve. However usually these  type of bugs take time to resolved and I can only ask for your patience. To stay aware of the updates regarding this issue please visit the following thread here.

I'm having this issue too, and have been for a number of weeks. Any news on when the fix might be implemented? It's a bit pointless having a mobile app with GPS tracking if you can't actually sync the tracking data....

Still can't sync long walks. Interestingly when I try to view previous exercise of 7 or more miles they are really slow at loading in the app and maps don't appear for ages. I'm guessing Fitbit servers are not up up the job b

To RobertoFitBit. I can see on a thread that you link to that this issue was reported on 28th March. It is now 7th August. Makes me think this is a major problem at FitBit that they are not disclosing like server capacity which will involve them spending a lot of money. I think all users need honest answers from Fitbit and not just "we are working on it". I'm going to contact Amazon where I bought my Fitbit HR about a refund as it does not work on a function that is advertised.

I have the red bar as well , it seems the longer and bigger the workout , the least likely it is to sync

@MrPoukk

I have found this to be the case as well. However, if you continue to try (and try, and try, and try) it will sync.

Seems the cut-off is exactly 60 minutes.

All of my tracked activities under the 60 miunte time-frame have absolutely no issues syncing + uploading to dashboard.

Not true. Most of my exercise sessions are less than 60 minutes and they are not syncing.

Only thing that works for me is to delete app and reload. I do it once a week or so and it will sync. If you wait until it won't sync at all, you'll lose data.

After six months this is not a normal problem. How long does it take to restore a feature that was the main reason for me to purchase Fitbit?
