Fitbit Update 9/19/16
This issue where users experience a red "(not synced)" error next to their exercise logs on the iOS App has been resolved with the release of iOS App version 2.27. Click here to update your App if you haven't already.
Thanks you for everybody's patience while we worked this one out!
Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

Fitbit, get your freaking act together! Have you grown too big to actually care to do something about a problem that has existed for months? How do inaccurate, unsyncable exercise logs help towards fitness goals? I've been a happy Fitbit owner since the day it became available in Europe but now I'm seriously considering changing to another manufacturer for good. It cannot be so difficult to fix a problem!

For what it is worth, this problem started with my account on 31 March 2016. Prior to this date, every entry sync'd. Since this date, every Body Pump entry fails to sync, but the other entries (i.e. Treadmill) sync fine.

Nope. 😞
Tried again multiple times without success. Including app restarting, phone restarting...
Latest app-version 2.2.6.1 (572), iOS 8.4.1, iPhone 4S.
Nightmare still real.

@DerrickS Tell all in the support that they also NEVER should tell their precious customer to logg off/log on. The stats will come alive, but all the maps will disappear. I was adviced by the Fitbit team to log off/logg on. I shouldn't have listen to them.

iOS 9.3.4
Fitbit App 2.26.1 (572) (1 day old)
Charge HR 122
At this point, exercises under 90 minutes sync almost immediately. Syncs between 1.5 and 2 hours take a while.
I have 2 exercises where the GPS tracker recorded a single exercise, but the ChargeHR/App split the exercise into pieces. (Two pieces in one cases, four (!) pieces in the other.) Those are both about 2 1/4 hours total time. I also have a 3 hour walk that still hasn't sync'ed.

I've been dealing with this same issue in the "weekly exercise goals" area. I'm pretty consistant in my exercise and it makes me feel good when I get the "goal met" message. But, this happens sporatically because the exercise sessions aren't registering in the app. Steps, distance, etc. all are there --- manually input or auto tracked. So, this is just an irritation at this point. Glad to see I'm not the only one with the issue and that it is a recognized "bug" in the software. Have been faithful FB wearer for a couple of years. Just wanted to put my two-cents worth in the the hat. Hope the issue is resolved soon.
