Same for me. So frustrating. Replying so I get emails to tell me when they finally fix since we are now in day 5 with no fix.

Now, not only is my excersize data saying not enough information, but the total calories burned during excersize don’t appear until the next day. Also, my time zone is set correctly, but now my sleep snd wake times have been pushed back 5 and 6 hours respectively, and won’t save the correct timewhen I try and edit them. ) Time zone set to auto or my correct time zone, I checked)

This issue allows shows corrupted sleep times. For example, I did not sleep from 8:30pm - 7:20 am. but I was in bed 1:30 AM - 11:20 am. Also I noticed this timing issue started around the time the **ahem**ed fitbit app was harrassing me about location settings. I DO NOT run location services to conserve battery life. I turn location services on when I choose to use them.

sucks... my bud and me always text each other screenshots of our run times. He's a bit ahead of me in abilities. So today I about killed myself and ran 10 miles for the first time ever. Now I'm not sure my bud really believe me because the exercise details don't show it. LOL ... I really hope that whenever FitBit puts out a fix that it goes back and fixes all the ones that are screwed up. Side note that my bud has an Apple watch.

This issue has affected my last two runs, which were my first two runs after missing a few weeks following minor surgery. I ran 5 miles on Wednesday and 5.5 miles today, and while there is a GPS map of the route I took and a finish time, there is no mileage, calories or other associated data. So of course neither run got uploaded to Strava. Oh and it says I started my run today at 8:40pm, 5 hours later than the actual time.
Add me to the list of very frustrated and disappointed FitBit users.

I tried that last week and the times went back to the correct times for only 1 day. Then back to going to bed at 11:30 AM!!!!!! This has only been a problem in the past month or so.

Hello,
Thank you for looking into this. I hope a new update to resolve this issue comes out soon.
Juat adding my 2 cents ... Manual exercise logs entered via the phone app are still not working since the 3.15.1 update released last week downloaded via the iTune store. Times entered thru Phone app do not match the time that is saved and viewed via the online/webpage version (10PM actual vs 3AM recorded). And still getting "no data available" on phone app: No stats for "Peak, Cardio, Fat Burn; Heart Rate, Calories Burned and Impact on Your Day".
Also, any chance there will be a "Hockey" community created?
Thank you.

I did a walk today at 16:55 local time (in -7 MST time zone).
I used my phone to track my walk as I had left my Blaze at home charging.
Phone Details: Apple iPhone 8 IOS 13.3.1, Fitbit App version 3.15.1 (925)
Now when I look at the app it says the walk took place at 23:55 local time (suspiciously - or not - 7 hours ahead of the actual time zone) and has - (null) for the Calories Burned with a message "Not Enough Data Available" and 0 for all parts of the Impact on Your Day section - steps/calories/active minutes.
When I use the Dashboard on the web site and click on the walk to get the details I get "Oops! Something's not right... We're experiencing an internal server problem. Please try again later or contact support"
I think you have a problem in your code taking the local time and treating it as UTC without doing the actual time adjustment.

I had the exact same problem this morning. I checked both my phone and desktop account to see that both were using the correct time zone. I noted that the desktop dashboard was showing the correct time for my sleep. I deleted the app from my phone and re installed. That seemed to fix the problem for now.
I am aware that there is a problem with times at the moment when logging GPS exercise, not sure about manual exercise. All other times appear correct at the moment.

It appears to also be effecting the sleep time as well. Showed that I went to bed 4hrs LATER than I actually did (total sleep duration was correct). However the dashboard app showed the correct time. I double checked my time zones both on the PC dashboard and my phone, both the same.
I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled. Appears to of solved the sleep issue (for last night anyway), but exercise times still 4 hours off. (FYI my time zone is GMT +4.00, the exercise appears to be using only GMT, whereas the sleep is GMT + 8.00)

I tried the same approach, didn't work for me either. Also rebooted my IPhone, uninstalled app and re installed. All to no avail. Hope the Fitbit team get this solved soon.

I don't believe this issue is sorted yet! I am still getting the same problems. Logged exercise times are showing GMT + 0.00, whereas I am in time zone GMT + 4.00. i.e. all my GPS logged exercises are showing start time 4 hrs early (hence my assumption that they are all in GMT)
FYI I have double checked my time zones both on my Iphone and PC dashboard, they are correct. I have re booted my Iphone and uninstalled and re installed the app. All to no avail.

Problem still persisting. Details requested below:
Fitbit App - 3.15.1 (uninstalled and re installed multiple times)
iPhone Model: iPhone Xs Max
Model No. MT6J2LL/A
OS Version: 13.3.1
Please note I have thoroughly reviewed this forum and tried all the possible solutions (see below list), all to no avail.
Uninstall and re install Fitbit App
Check time zones, both on phone and PC dashboard
Set time zones to manual (I have now returned them to Automatic)
Re boot Phone
Re boot Fitbit Charge 3

IOS app is not recording any activity except the time and distance I run. Calories, steps, and active minutes do not record. Also the the time stamp of recording is 6 hrs ahead and not showing the correct time and date of the activity. I ran at 1030pm on Sunday evening and the time stamp when finished was 430 am the next day.

It would be nice to hear again from one of the Fitbit Moderators - it seems to be taking quite a long time for this issue to be resolved.
My info:
iPhone SE, ios 12.3.1
Fitbit 3.15.1 (925)
