Tracy 1278 - there was an IOS update yesterday - the new version is 3.16 - you can download from the app store. Delete your app and then reinstall from the app store. It solved some of the problems, but evidently not all of them.

I’m have the same issue. With double exercises showing and the first was the tracked hike and the other comes up as a walk. The tracked hike has a +8 hr time difference from the actual time. It’s 0915. Actual and the hike shows 1715 hrs. So the calories and steps, etc do not show up in the tracked hike but show up later in the walk double.

App was updated 3/3/2020 and manually logging exercise via the app still does not work.

My heart rate monitor doesn't correctly read my heart rate so I've been using an Apple watch to track my workout and I manually log the time and calories burned in the app when I'm done. It shows up in my exercise tab but it won't update the calories burned when I manually log them. Anyone know what I can do to make the calories I manually log show up on the caloriea tab?

Same thing happening to me. Almost nothing in my Fitbit app is accurate. Whats the point?!
Not tracking the correct time, calorie burn, distance, steps, exercises, or even exercise time.
Do you have a date of when the situation will be rectified? This has been happening ever since the most recent app update.

I did try reinstalling the app but that didn’t help me.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled app and it appears to be working correctly. I tried to update app without doing the uninstall, but that didn’t work.

I logged out first - uninstalled then re-installed the app and that fixed it.
THANK GOD! I was going nuts not being able to access workout data!
