I have a Charge
its been in use for almost two years.
I use an iPhone 7plus with IOS 11.0.3
issue occurred Oct 27 @ 6pm in the middle of a Charge upgrade. The Charge update was approx half done by the progress bar, but now has an exclamation point in the middle of the progress bar and will not respond to charging or anything else, not connecting with my phone.

My Fitbit is currently not useable at this time with a half finished progress bar appearing on the screen face.

I tried this and it didn’t work. Now the battery is dead and will not charge. Guess I’ll have to get a non Fitbit replacement. Shame.

I also got the same error message when I tried to update my Fitbit HR WHICH IS Connected to iPad. I tried forgetting device and turning off Bluetooth and then going back in and trying to update tracker. It asks me to turn in Bluetooth, but now it can not find the Fitbit at all. The Fitbit had an image of half filled batttery with explanation point in it as others have said. It was working fine an hour ago before I tried to update. I wish I had waited until they worked out the bugs
TO IPAD.

I had iPad forget Fitbit. Turned off Bluetooth there, And then downloaded Fitbit app for Windows 10 computer and tried to sync, it would not until I reset the Fitbit, by plugging into charge and holding button for about 15 seconds, had to do twice, then the windows could find it, and then t said it had to update first, when I did that , with some concern, and it updated just fine, the tiny thin bar gradually filled up, and it tracked my steps, as I checked it out,! I decided to leave it at that until Fitbit fixes iOS. , so o went back to my iPad and opened it up and low and behold the update there had already happened, and it was working there also. Go figure, but it is working now.
what
a hassle this evening!!! I also missed my Fitbit. FITBIT DONT PUT OUT OUT A RELEASE UNTIL YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE IT OWRK,S OTHERWISE YOU WLL LOSE A CUSTOMER WHEN I NEED A NEW WALKING DEVICE.
ANYWAY, I hope this helps for your hassle.

I have a Flex 2. Since iOS 11 I have been unable to sync to either my iPhone or iPad without closing the app, restarting my device etc. I get one of two problems, 1 It can’t find the device or 2 The app doesn’t recognise that Bluetooth is already switched on.

I was prompted to update my charge HR firmware today (28/10/2017) the update got about half way and I got the error message fbbluetootherrordomain error 3 on my phone.
The fitbit has a progress bar at about 50% and is not moving, initially it has an exclamation mark in the middle of the display, this has now gone but it will not reset.
How can I get the device to complete the update?

Update: I downloaded the Windows 8 Fitbit app. Used the wireless dongle that came with the Charge and it made the sync via my PC - it advised me to download the upgrade, which I did and it was a surprise to this 'download line' lose the ! mark and start moving to complete the upgrade. My Charge is now sync to my PC and will sync within a range of 20 ft. So, then test time...I started my iPhone Fitbit app and happy to say they are now paired and synced! Have to say, we as users/consumers, should not have had to sort out this problem - the software engineer needs to have another look at what happened here...good luck people, hope this helps.
