Have removed the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and Fitbit keeps giving an error after the very first step. It says “turn on Bluetooth to pair device”; however the Bluetooth is on both on the phone and on the Bluetooth classic. I have seen the numbers flash to confirm pairing but then I get the error and can’t move forward.

I just got the iPhone X today, and my blaze will not sync with it! I traded in my old phone so I do not have access to it but I know they wiped it clean. I disconnected the blaze on the app on my new phone, and restarted the blaze, and turned off and on the Bluetooth. I get the pairing code on my blaze but the phone says there is an error and will not pair. I will be very disappointed if I cannot use my blaze anymore because of the new phone. What do I do?

I've solved the problem by deleting and reinstall the app on my iPhone X.
After starting the app, the blaze were directly connected and syncing.
Good luck!

Someone please help me 😔

Sorry I just read the comment it’s not compatible for the iPhone X! Fingers crossed you get the app updated I’d hate to have to buy an Apple Watch to use with this phone as I’ve heard great things about the Fitbit blaze 😊

Hello there everyone, thanks for your reports!
@RNHEATHER @ArnoldDownUnder @bananasfoster @leahalex7 @Pfizi @Tktribe8
I have exciting news for everyone! iPhones X/8/8+ have been added as compatible on on fitbit.com/devices.
There is much testing involved in such a process. I highly appreciate all of your patience regarding this matter! All features should be working at a 100% using these iOS devices!
Happy Holidays!

I have just upgraded to an iPhone X, reinstalling the backup from my iPhone 6s. None of the secure apps, (banking for instance), or Fitbit, would work from the re-insalled apps. The solution is to delete those apps from the new phone, re-install from the app store and log in again. It works every time for every app. Fitbit data is re-installed from Fitbit when you log in.

My problem is with the iPhone 6s Plus. Cannot get iPhome to recognize Blaze at all. Have checked Blaze firmware (is current). Have update of IOS current. Have cycled Bluetooth now and off. Tried the restart options (shut down and restart Blaze and iPhone individually and together). Uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled, then tried to sync. Nothing.
Curiously, I CAN sync to my iPadAir 2 whI have is one IOS update out of currency.
Thoughts?

Thanks for joining us in this thread and for troubleshooting before hand, @JRM4075. That definitely doesn't sound like normal behavior for iPhone 6s Plus and Blaze.
In this case, I recommend going through the set up process once again. To do, follow these steps:
Since you're mentioning that your Blaze does sync with your iPad Air 2, then it could be because of the Bluetooth bond your Blaze has with your iPhone 6s Plus. If you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit device, your device has a Bluetooth "bond" with the phone or tablet that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the Fitbit device from syncing with another phone, tablet, or computer.
To quickly and temporarily disable the bond, turn off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. You can turn it back on later to resume syncing. Hope this makes sense. Let me know if this works!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @JBird2 @Tktribe8 @LucianT hope you're doing well, and enjoying some healthy activities!
Let's get you back on track guys. I would first recommend removing any additional Fitbit devices or MobileTrack from your accounts if you aren't using them to help improve pairing to your iOS devices.
Make sure you check out this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? If this didn't resolve your set up difficulties, let me know and I'll be happy to work through it with you. Good luck!

@LesleyPr thanks for joining us. It's good to see that the Community is growing! Which mobile device did you use to have before your iPhone X? Do let me know!
Make sure you also unpair the Bluetooth from any previous mobile devices. It would also be a good idea to reset your Bluetooth settings on your iPhone X before going through the set up process again. To do so, please follow these steps:
I really hope this helps. Keep me posted!
