My Fitbit Blaze won't sync. I can't get to the correct screen. Pls help
Best AnswerThank you! I unpaired my Charge 2, turned my cell phone off, rebooted my wireless, turned my phone back on, paired my Charge 2 as a new device and it worked!

Best AnswerSame issue happened to me when I tried to sync it after few days of use without syncing, I left the app syncing and didn't allow the phone to sleep during the process , it took well over 10 min but it worked in the end.

Best AnswerI am basically having the same problem...wearing a very expensive pedometer as the other stuff that syncs on my phone in the app does not show up on my tracker...none of my messages come thru..sleep and heart rate and mls of water also do not show up on the tracker..this was a christmas gift from my son but Im not really sure about it... I also recharging every 2-3 days ...on the box it states that the charge lasts for a week so I dont know where that came from cos that certainly is not how Im finding it...am going to try and get some one from Tech to help me out ...if not Im afraid it will be returned..
