With the recent update, my first generation Versa takes longer to sync and the app just doesn’t work- I’m not getting sleep scores, I can’t view any of my information.

Ditto. Fitbit Sense. IPad Pro. IPad OS 14.4.  My Account -> Sense -> iPad Home Screen. And syncing takes forever when it does sync, which is not very often. Have reset Sense, IPad Bluetooth repeatedly, still seems to only randomly sync and then takes forever to do it. Can’t get to clock faces, apps, etc. since it kicks me back to iPad Home Screen every time I select Sense device on my Fitbit app Account page. Started with latest Fitbit app update. Ready to test how well my new Sense will withstand repeated heavy hammer blows! Lame - junk - disgusted.

IPad 8th Generation. IOS 14.4. Versa 2. App crashes when trying to select the Versa 2. Installed the latest app version on an iPhone 6 running IOS 12.5.1. Works fine. No issues. Therefore it appears as if it has to do with the newest IOS version.

It crashes after you click on the sleep tile to view the details, and/or modify or delete a sleep log. It shows the screen with all of the various sleep details but trying to click on > to see the next level of details does nothing, and clicking on Back also does nothing. I need to quit the app in order to do anything.

I am using an iPad, but my partner also had a problem with the app on his iPhone. I have tried a hard reboot of my iPad but it made no difference.

I can successfully click on the + sign on the sleep tile to choose “begin...”. I can also successfully click on the > on other tiles, e.g. steps, floors, zone minutes, and then click again to see more details.

IPhone 7 & a Versa 2. This past week, sleep screen displays, but will not scroll & has no functionality. Looks to be swirling in top left, but nothing resolves.

I'm also still not being able to change anything on my Versa 3 watch on the iPad. As soon as I touch the Versa 3 logo, the Fitbit app crashes. Then I have to reopen the app to look at the other data, which seems to work OK.

But I also have an iPhone and the Fitbit app works fine there, no crashing when you want to change things (i.e. clock faces, etc) on my Versa 3 watch.

So Fitbit, please fix your app for iPads, it is not working properly.

I would like to hear if others can use the Fitbit app on their iPad. Thanks!

I’m not a premium user, and I’m using the app on a new iPad Mini 5 (I previously used an iPad Mini2). As I have since I got my Charge 3, any time I’m not getting notifications on my device I try restarting my tablet and the app, then go to the account page on the app and click on my device name to make sure everything is right. Now when I get to that point and click on my device name the app crashes/closes, even if I’ve just restarted everything.

I have a Charge 3 and my app is on an iPhone 11 Pro. The app crashes when I try to view the sleep history screen. The screen will open but doesn’t show today’s information and won’t let me go to the details screen (or any other option to change out of this screen most times). I end up closing the app entirely and going back in. Usually, after several attempts, the new information populates and I can move in to see the details. Sometimes I give up in frustration and wait several hours before I try again. Once I can get into the sleep details screen, the app functions as normal until the next day’s sleep needs to be synced, then it’s a repeat of the previous frustrations.

On iPhone with latest updates, the app crashes/freezes instantly when I tap the sleep section from the main screen. Doesn’t change to the next screen at all and no sleep details are even listed on that main screen. This has been happening for a few days now. I’m NOT a premium subscriber, but that shouldn’t matter just to tap on the sleep section of the app. It’s worked fine for almost 2 years.

IPad mini4; on a Premim trial subscription. The app crashes when I try to get to my Sense settings. So I go to Today, click profile, then click Sense — app crashes and closes immediately every time. Using it on my iPad. ALSO when attempting to use on my iPhone X, I click my profile and get a completely blank screen.

Where you described the issue on the sleep history screen is where I am having the issue of the app freezing up.

The sleep info/ details screen freezes when it comes up. Will not obey the back button. Have to close the app to return to the main screen. Using iPhone 7.

Hi. Thanks for the information. I have done the newest update App update 3.39.1 but I still can’t access notifications for my Charge 3 device. I click on it but it won’t take me to the screen where I can set or change the notifications I get on my Charge 3 device.

My newest update was in the App Store yesterday, but I know some people had fixes days earlier.

Updated to 3.39.1

Can get into to set alarm page but it still goes from syncing to looking , at least it isn’t crashing for now

This is an ongoing and frustrating issue. When I click on Verca 2 app closes, I can no longer get any sleep breakdown and app just sticks. Using an iPad Pro and same via my iPhone.

I updated to version 3.39.1. The app is now actually functioning worse than before. It is very slow to open, it takes several seconds to respond to taps, and it still locks up on the sleep details page. I have tried restarting my device and it might be a fraction faster but it still very slow and sleep details doesn’t work.

Using an iPhone 11 running iOS 14.4.
