Same here. Fitbit Sense 2 and iPhone. Before that my sense would not stay connected to my phone.
I'm having the same problem. This is the third time there has been a problem with the Fitbit app not working in the last few weeks. I'm beginning to wonder if its worth sticking with Fitbit.
Same problem… I have an iPhone X and updated to iOS 16.3.1 yesterday (finally). All was working fine until this morning and now the Fitbit app keeps crashing. It flashes briefly and then is gone. It appears to be running in the background as it’s syncing steps to the dashboard, but it doesn’t stay open on the phone.
I wish the airplane mode worked longer than 5 seconds for me. Don’t feel like constantly turning on Airplane Mode. That’s not a solution. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!
Hey, I uninstalled and reinstalled and it did absolutely nothing. What are you doing to fix this issue?
Best AnswerI thought the same thing! I was thinking oh great it is working then… well it wasnt! It just crashed and won’t sync with my tracker! Bummer! Hopefully they are working on it at least.
Today (3/2/2023), the Fitbit app on my iPhone and mini-pad does not work. It flashes open then crashes down. I am able to access the dashboard on my MacBook Air. My Charge 4 is working and staying up to date. When will the app be functional again?
Thanks
Best AnswerI woke up to the same issue this morning. I usually keep the app open all the time, but closed it when I restarted my iPhone last night, and today the app pops up and then disappears. I was about to delete and reinstall, but saw this thread first. I hope they come up with a fix quickly!
