i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

Clearing cookies did not work. I guess I’ll just wait for Fitbit to fix the issue

Same issue. It was working last night when I synced it. This morning it crashes. Tried reinstalling, rebooting, etc. I literally just got Premium last week and now I want a refund. The app says it was updated a week ago, so I don't know why it just started now.

Customer service said that they are aware of the issue, and to try again in 4-5 hours. 😞

Same here, crash loop on app startup with 3.76 app version and Inspire HR despite reboot and reinstall attempts.

The airplane mode thing worked for me! Nothing else worked this morning including rebooting or reinstalling.

Many Others have posted same problem. So, it appears Fitbit needs to fix their app as this started with new Fitbit version. The app did stay open for a few seconds, then crashed again. I will monitor other threads for resolution.

It’s frustrating to pay for an app that has broken down multiple times this year with NO communication from Fitbit.
As your clients you should put together some sort of communication team that will email or text users letting us know you are working on it, it’s down, or back up. I’d also like to know what your plans to balance the fact that we are paying for services you can render because your apps don’t work.

Hi,
My Fitbit app just started to crash and close immediately upon opening it. I updated the app, turned the phone on and off, deleted the app and reinstalled and again turned the phone on and off and it still will not load. Any suggestions? Previously with the sense, it worked well. I bought sense 2 today and I can’t setup a new watch now. It is annoying, I was waiting for so long.

Anyone else having issues with the app? Mine worked fine this morning and then after an hour it won’t open. I have tried to restart my phone and that did not help.

Yeah doesn't work for me either. Ive rebooted phone, Uninstalled, reinstalled. Iphone and app say there are no outstanding updates. Ive tried on wifi and over mobile data in case it was something on my network causing it but just crashes everytime i try open it.

Same here! It was fine last night, but this morning it won't open. I get an all white screen that says 'Fitbit' at the top for a few seconds, then it closes itself. I've turned off bluetooth, then turned it back on, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I've rebooted the phone multiple times. The app still won't stay on. GAH!

Ditto to you and all the other users starting the same thread topic this morning. Crashes and closes on launch. I’ve deleted the app, reloaded, rebooted, Un-synced, googled and tried every fix. App is suddenly broken as of this morning
