That's a good question! I have an iPhone but I see others are having the same issue but I am not sure what type of phone they have.

Me too. Deleted app, restarted phone, even updated IOS.

After turning off and on and tapping multiple time (15) it finally came back on and I had to repair the device - now it works! thanks,

Yep. Same here. App crashes as soon as it launches. With all these issues off and on, one has to wonder if it’s time to switch over to another device. I.e., Apple?

Same issue here: iPhone SE3 running ios 16.2, latest Fitbit app and Charge 4.
Turned Bluetooth off and on and restarted phone several times to no avail.
Deleted and reinstalled the app and no change
I CAN (BRIEFLY) get into the app after launching it several times, but then it blinks and shuts down.
NO issues yesterday - only this am
You SHOULD NOT have to launch any app several times to get it to work. Fitbit needs to address this.

Yes, I tried opening 6-7 times and it stayed open. But when I went back to it later, the same problem occurred.
It’s very unstable.

Another +1. Restart of iOS, delete and reinstall of app. The app just flashes Home Screen then closes.

App is working now for husband and I. Had to open twice, but since then has been working just fine.
Thank you techs!

Bummer that did not work for me. When you click on it do you keep closing it or keep it open and keep clicking?

This doesn't surprise me. As much as they say fitbit's and iPhone's are compatible, there always seems to be issues...

I’m having the same issue! The app had an update two days ago- I wonder if the update is the issue. I’m worried if I delete and reinstall the app, I’ll lose all my history….

Can anyone help?
I opened the app on my iPhone today, it appears momentarily and then crashes. I have deleted the app, powered down and restarted the phone and redownloaded the app. Same problem. I've done this multiple times now.
I've also disabled the bluetooth and tried to set the app up on my iPad: same things occurs.
Interestingly, and maybe not related, when I tried signing into dashboard today my password was not recognised. It's on my password string so I definitely had it right, but had to request a password reset email.
I've spent an hour now going through fix suggestions from the forum...none have worked so far.

I own Sense 2, but have the same issue, so it's not device related.
I found that like every 10 times I try to load app it doesn't crash. But once I close it then cannot open app again for x times 😄
