I've deleted the app and re-installed the app multiple times but maybe it wasn't a full delete... You wouldn't think it would delete all your data because it should be stored in your fitbit profile but that's just my guess. It has been working on and off for me today; just very annoying. I use my app to track my food and water and its really inconvenient for this to be happening. With every update on the phone and app, there is bound to be a couple bugs; let's just hope that Fitbit work on resolving this issue quickly.
Best AnswerI’m having the same problem. Updated my phone yesterday…wondering if that has anything to do with it. Worked last night about midnight, but not this morning at 8:45am. Dang it!!!!
Best AnswerSame with my Charge 4.
Starting to wonder what sports watch I'll switch to. I've about had it with Fitbit problems.
Fitbit 3.76 keeps crashing on iOS 16.3.1 (iPhone XS Max)!! Started happening an hour ago! I uninstalled the Fitbit App and reinstalled the App, There are BUGS the Developers need to fix ASAP! Google is FAILING with this support! Looks like I will be moving to the Apple Watch and Apple Fitness sooner because of all the issues that are not getting resolved since Google acquired Fitbit!

Hi @Svitlana - this may be an ongoing issue with 3.76 on iPhone - see Fitbit app won't open on iPhone

It even failed before I installed the IOS update...
Best AnswerI'm not as lucky as you. Still crashing. 😢

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
Not only is the crashing continuously repeating but the more you try to get it to work and then get it up for a minute it crashes again and seems to be using up more of the fitbit battery than usual due to constantly having to keep trying to get the app working pr
Best AnswerSame for me, second time there’s been an issue with the app in less than a month, would be nice if Fitbit emailed users to inform them of the issue and what they’re doing to fix it. Also recommend the get some new tech guys as the ones they have appear to be reactive rather than proactive just my humble opinion
So glad it’s not just me. Apple user as well deleted and reinstalled app at least 5 times and nothing. Currently have app
off phone until later. Frustrated
