Fitbit app shows a white screen after update

Since last update 4 days (02.02.2021) ago App on IOS 12.5 does not work. Only white page appears. I can’t track my training anymore. That’s really insufficient!! Please solve that immediately and make the app available again.

  • Delete your Fitbit app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-download the Fitbit app and log in

Worked perfect for me! All my previous data was still there and I’m now able to open the stats on my iPhone.
