I’m having the exact same issue with my Apple SE Phone. I’ve tried all your recommendations above, nothing works.

I appreciate the additional details, I understand how you are feeling. I am sure our Support team tried their best to help you as each case is reviewed individually. Regarding your concern, your data is uploaded to the Fitbit servers and you should be able to uninstall and reinstall the app without losing your data.
